Magic Jack

Magic Jack - Launching a New Version That Allows Calls Through Your Cell Phone!

I imagine by now that everyone knows what a Magic Jack is!  The Magic Jack is much like a flash drive.  The Magic Jack is much like a flash drive the size of an iPhone that you plug into your USB port of your computer. You then plug in any type analog or cordless phone with as many handsets as you want. The Magic Jack is absolutely a phenomenal piece of equipment that delivers what it promises. Free local and long distance, voice mail, call waiting and caller ID.

But wait, there's more! (haha, i sound like ....nevermind).  The company that sells Magic Jack, which allows users to make phone calls through the internet, now has something new to offer to consumers.  The new device is similar but will act as a mini-cellular tower in your home and will allow you to make calls via your mobile phone through the Magic Jack and save your minutes.

According to Jimmy Downs and Foodconsumer.org, "A new version of Magic Jack, which costs $40, will go to the market in next four months. The device allows users to make phone calls from their cell phones without having to pay any fee to the cell phone carrier.  Like the current version of Magic Jack, phone calls do not go through any landline or any wireless carrier's connection.  Because of this, user scan call others in the United States and Canada without paying anything to cell phone companies.

The Magic Jack will work on the cell phones that subscribe to the services provided by AT&T Inc. and T-mobile USA which use the GSM standard, but not Version Wireless and Sprint Nextel Corp which do not connect to Magic Jack."

The new Magic Jack has not yet been released to the market, so As Seen On Tv Products Store is featuring the original Jupiter Jack.  We will be sure to carry the new, incredibly improved version as soon as it is released.

Wow! I actually have the original Magic Jack and it works pretty good. I can't believe they are going to be usable for cell phone now. I actually have ATT phone service. I'm wondering if the FTC will actually regulate this. The cell companies are going to be pissed!

Jason - according to everything I've read about the new Magic Jack, there really are no red flags with the FTC. They are not doing anything illegal. The Magic Jack should be available in about 4 months. I bet they will make an absolute killing.
